Realisation of electric system on skid for water treating devices via inverse osmosis and water filtering units in a slaughterhouse in Russia. The system includes three units that exchange data using ProfiNet and cables and are able to filter water from sand (first stage), to blend it through osmosis (second stage) and to sterilise it through osmosis boilers (third stage).
PLC Siemens S-300 provided, as well as skid border cable connection from the main cabinets to the electro-valves and the analogical/digital devices.
Electro-valves to control the pneumatic function of the valves on skin borders (inverse osmosis units) or on filter borders (management of sand filters) were also provided
All cabinets are equipped with touch screens Siemens to modify process parameters and overview the ongoing processes. Touch screens can be also accessed remotely to check the system’s status.
